Job purpose
A Medical Writer will assist the Epidemiology, Pharmacovigilance, and Data Analytics teams in the preparation of a wide range of documents. The documents must be of high quality in terms of scientific content, organization, clarity, accuracy, format and consistency, and, where appropriate, must adhere to regulatory guidelines and company styles and processes.
Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities for the Junior Medical Writer include, but are not limited to, the following:
- assist with all stages of systematic literature reviews, from protocol development to report and/or manuscript writing
- assist with development of manuscripts based on data provided by the client or other teams
- assist with development of proposals for (potential) clients
- assist with publication management (manuscript submission, revision after review, check of proofs)
- assist with development of meeting reports for clients on a wide range of topics
- attend internal and client team meetings as required
