To support the fast growth of the company, the Quality manager contributes to the development and the maintenance of a robust Quality Management System aligned with regulatory requirements (GCP, GEP, GVP). The Quality manager will work from home anywhere in Europe.
The roles and responsibilities for the Quality Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Development and implementation of processes related to a robust Quality Management System according to GCP, GVP and GEP (Good Epidemiological Practices): Training, Deviations, CAPAs, change control, risks, management monitoring, lifecycle of Written Standards…
- Monitoring of Training compliance
- Writing of SOPs and Policies
- Development of Quality metrics
- Perform internal audits/self-inspections
- Support the company in the preparation and the conduct of external inspections
- Implementation and follow-up of CAPAs
You will join a young, very dynamic, and fast-growing private research organisation. Our international, passionate, and diverse team consists of 60+ staff including epidemiologists, data scientists, statisticians, data analysts, medical writers, safety and pharmacovigilance specialists, project managers and office support staff spread over more than 10 countries. Our headquarters are in Leuven, Belgium but all our staff work remotely, setting their own time schedule, based on a “getting the job done” mentality. You may need to travel to our head office or to our client’s offices occasionally.
