Job purpose
We are looking for a temporary Office Manager to cover a maternity leave during 3 - 4 months (December- March).
The role requires the employee to attend the office in Leuven (Belgium) 3 times a week.
The P95 Office Manager is required to perform multiple functions and is responsible for the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative, financial, HR and managerial tasks.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for the Office Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organizing meetings, company events and conferences
- Ordering IT material and furniture
- Dealing with correspondence (post) and queries.
- Assisting P95’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails, including our P95 info mailbox
- Filing documents and managing databases
- Using a range of software packages
- Reception at office (some days): you are required to go to our Leuven office 3 times a week
